4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to restricted Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, risk of loss passes to you. Signature may be required for high-value items (DJI Inspire 3, Matrice series).

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused in original condition
• All packaging and accessories included
• Proof of purchase provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Activated DJI Care Refresh plans
• Opened software/firmware
• Custom enterprise solutions
• Clearance “Final Sale” items
