Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain restricted Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our premium drone equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade DJI drones, Insta360 cameras, and accessories. If you’re not satisfied, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- You must provide original proof of purchase
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and operational reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Activated DJI Care Refresh plans
- Opened software or firmware products
- Custom-configured enterprise solutions (DJI Matrice series, Inspire accessories)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in our Clearance Hangar
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product name and reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Confirmation that all eligibility requirements are met
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Exchange options if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (provided with your RMA)
- Copy of your order confirmation

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed. For international returns, customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid duties.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:
- Your refund has been processed (for returns)
- Your exchange item has been shipped (for exchanges)
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to process
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
