We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of professional-grade DJI drones, Insta360 cameras, and related gear. If you’re not satisfied, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- The original proof of purchase must be provided
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- DJI Care Refresh plans (once activated)
- Opened software or firmware products
- Custom-configured enterprise solutions (DJI Matrice series, Inspire accessories)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in our Clearance Hangar
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our flight crew at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions for your return
- Exchange options if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (provided with your RMA)
- Copy of your order confirmation

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, our team will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification when:
- Your refund has been processed (for returns)
- Your exchange item has been shipped (for exchanges)
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to process
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different model (e.g., exchanging DJI Air 2S for DJI Air 3):
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
- We’ll expedite processing for professional operators needing equipment quickly
- Enterprise customers may contact us for priority exchange handling
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
